Tuning the ECU of your McLaren 570S is possible with VR Tuned. Our tuning tools allow us to access the data on the Bosch ECU to give you a tremendous gain of 100ft/lbs of torque at 4500rpm and nearly 80whp as tested on our Project Vehicle. With the ECU tune, the driving characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that your engine craves for. Through all modes, the tuning helps improve the vehicles performance while not affecting daily driving characteristics. As tested on our Mustang AWD Dyno here in Arizona, we typically see a 20% drivetrain loss. From these calculations, this is 449awhp from the stock 562bhp. Our dyno test reveals 479awhp which would be about a 15% drivetrain loss. The tune peak power is at 519awhp. With the same drivetrain loss calculated, this is just over 600hp to the crank. How to Flash Your ECU?
  • We can bench flash the ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for re-installation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all.
